Church Softball Rules
1) Each game will consist of 3 Innings or a 45 minute time limit.
*Each Inning will be 3 outs or when a team’s roster has batted around
*If 3 Innings have not been completed in 45 minutes, the score will stand at previous completed inning.
2 ) 10 players in the field (minimum of 3 females). Maximum of 12 players per team unless a need arises.
3) Christian Trash-Talking is acceptable as long as it is spoken in the King James Version.
4) If your team is not playing, please designate 4 members of your team to umpire the games in progress.
5) We will be playing Round Robin.
6) Most standard softball rules will be applied unless determined unbiblical.
Please bring your own equipment and expect to share.
All games will be played on Fields 9 (John Mais) & 10 (Palmer Nichols), warm-up
on fields begins at 3pm.
The schedule will be as follows:
3:15 – Games on both fields
4:15 – Games on both fields
5:15 – Games on both fields
6:15 – Championship Game
Spectators are encouraged – bring noisemakers, bullhorns,
cowbells, etc.
